By registering a student for an ABC Monsters class, you agree to the terms below and to our refund policy.

Refund policy

Credit card payments. Approved refunds for payments made by credit card will be returned to the original card used for payment, less the original 3% credit card processing fee.

Zelle payments. Approved refunds for payments made through Zelle will be returned through Zelle for the full approved refund amount.

The 3% credit card processing fee is charged by the payment processor at the time of the original transaction and is not returned to ABC Monsters, so it is deducted from approved credit card refunds.

Registration and payment responsibilities

A seat is reserved only when payment is completed by credit card, or when a Zelle transfer has been received and verified by ABC Monsters. Registrations paid by Zelle remain in a pending status until we confirm the transfer. You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and for paying the full class price for the session.

Attendance expectations

Classes run on the published schedule. Students are expected to arrive on time and attend the full session. Missed classes are not refunded or rescheduled individually. Please notify us in advance if your student will be absent.

Student behavior expectations

Students are expected to follow instructor guidance and all safety instructions. ABC Monsters may remove a student from a class for repeated disruptive or unsafe behavior after communicating with the parent or guardian.

Parent and guardian responsibilities

Parents and guardians are responsible for timely pick-up, for keeping contact details current, and for informing ABC Monsters of any change that affects their student's participation.

Emergency contact responsibility

You must provide at least one emergency contact who is reachable during class hours and authorize ABC Monsters to contact that person if a parent or guardian cannot be reached.

Allergy and food-sensitivity disclosures

ABC Monsters classes involve food ingredients. You must disclose all known allergies and food sensitivities at registration. We take reasonable precautions but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Medical information responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of any medical information provided, and for updating us if it changes. Medical details are shared only with staff who need them for student safety.

Class cancellation or schedule change

ABC Monsters may cancel or reschedule a class session due to weather, school closure, staffing, or other circumstances. If a session cannot be rescheduled, that session is refunded according to the refund policy above.

Photo and video release

Photo and video permission is optional and is collected as a separate checkbox at registration. Agreeing to these terms does not grant photo or video permission. Photos are used for ABC Monsters promotional purposes only when permission has been granted, and permission can be withdrawn at any time by emailing us.

Payment processing and privacy

Credit card payments are processed by Stripe. Card information is encrypted and handled by Stripe; ABC Monsters does not store complete credit card details. Registration information is used only to operate our classes.
